Height and size cross reference is wrong on the product box, but inside manual listed correctly. Other than that everything is good.

The ball looked good. unfortunately, the plug was not included in the package so I had to ship it back. I got a full refund pretty quicly, though 🙂

The blue 65mm TKO fitness ball that I ordered arrived without the white plastic plug required to keep the air in the ball. The ball is useless without it. Amazon kindly offered to send me a new ball, and that arrived with TWO pugs. TKO clearly has some quality control issues, when it comes to packaging their goods. Once blown up, the ball is great, though.
